HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have developed a highly efficient process for generating the greatest amount of practical solutions in the shortest period of time.
Each session starts with a problem story told from the perspective of a potential customer that describes an experience that needs improvement. We follow a structured, time driven problem solving process that breaks down the problem, defines goals, and brainstorms awesome solutions. The session ends with each brainstorm team presenting their solution story which paints a picture of how they would improve the life of the customer. |
